When we started the work of the school enterprise chalenge the main problem was of the start up cost which is the major neccesity of any business. So we, decided to generate the start up cost through selling of food items during the summers vacation. We took products like, lemonade, behlpuri,papdi chat, sprouts. These products were sold to the school students and children who were their in the summer camp of our school. These products like lemonade and bhelpuri were proving to be refreshing for the children. These products were even sold to the teachers by taking the pre-orders and providing them with it at the time when they want. Even the cost of these eatables and drinks was reasonable and feasible. The lemonade was sold at Rupees 15/- per glass and bhelpuri, papdi chat & sprots at Rupees 20/- per plate which is not so expensive and even healthy and hygienic. Through this we were able to generate a sufficient amount of profit to cover the start up cost of our own business.
